Background: During the last many years, hysteroscopy has become gold standard while evaluating vagina, cervix, cervical canal, and uterine cavity. It is process of viewing operating in endometrial cavity from a transcervical approach, offering advantage direct visualization giving option collecting histological biopsy samples under visual control. Some common indications for have been evaluation abnormal bleeding, infertility, recurrent pregnancy losses, anomalies suspected Asherman's Syndrome.Aims Objectives: To assess effectiveness safety screening, diagnostic therapeutic sub-fertile, infertile, premenopausal postmenopausal patients.Material Methods: A total 50 patients were included study.Results: Maximum number women belonged to 25-35 years age group. 5(10%) found be elderly group i.e. between 66-75 years. Mean study population was 37.04±14.59 Majority suffering heavy menstrual bleeding septum 7(14%) each followed by endometrioma with fibroid, syndrome 6(12%) women. Recurrent abortions, ovarian cyst, hyperplasia submucous fibroid observed 2(4%) women, respectively.Conclusion: Hysteroscopy replaced blind procedures now considered gold-standard technique diagnosis management intrauterine pathology. We recommend that Gynecologists clinical practice should familiar use treatment patients.
